JustDone AI Review 2026: Is It Worth It?

JustDone AI wants to be your all-in-one AI writing and study platform. It humanizes text, detects AI, checks plagiarism, and does a couple of dozen other things. The pitch is convenience: one subscription instead of five. Whether that's worth it depends on what you need, and on getting the billing details right before you enter a card.

This review sticks to what you can check. We cover what JustDone lists on its own site, what its terms say about trials, renewals and cancellation, what public reviewers report, and how to test its humanizer on your own writing. Quick Verdict

Bottom line: JustDone is a broad AI study-and-writing suite, and most of its public reviewers are happy with it. The part to get right is the billing. Trials convert into paid subscriptions automatically, and you have to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you only need a humanizer, a dedicated tool with a free tier may be a better fit.

What Is JustDone AI?

JustDone positions itself as a comprehensive AI platform. According to its homepage and pricing page, plans include:

• Plagiarism Checker, Paraphraser and Grammar Checker
• Summarizer, Fact Checker and Citation Generator
• AI Research and AI Quiz Generator tools
• A Chrome extension

The pricing page says you get "35+ AI tools in every plan" and that there are no additional fees on top of the plan price. It accepts credit and debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

That's the "everything in one place" approach. It suits students who want research, citations, grammar and detection under one login. The trade-off is that the humanizer is one module among many, so if humanizing is the only thing you need, you're paying for tools you won't use.

How JustDone's Trial and Renewal Work

Billing is the part of JustDone that generates the most frustration in public reviews, so here is what its own documents say.

JustDone's Terms of Use (last updated 17 July 2023) say the service "may offer subscriptions that automatically renew". They also say: "To avoid being charged you must affirmatively cancel a subscription or a trial at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period." A separate Subscription Terms page has sections on the trial, subscription, cancellation and refund rules. Read it before you sign up.

In practice, that means:

1. A trial is the start of a subscription, not a one-off purchase. If you don't cancel in time, it renews into a paid plan.
2. The deadline is 24 hours before the trial ends, not the moment it ends.
3. Look for the renewal price and billing period before you pay, and screenshot them.
4. You can cancel in account settings or by emailing support@justdone.ai. Keep the confirmation.

None of this is unusual on its own. Most subscription software auto-renews, SupWriter included: our terms say subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, and purchases are non-refundable. The difference is that SupWriter doesn't sell a paid trial. You test on the free tier (300 words in total, with an account but no card), then pick a monthly or annual plan from a pricing page that lists every price. Testing JustDone's Humanizer Yourself

We haven't run JustDone's humanizer through live detectors under controlled conditions, so we won't grade it. You can test it in about ten minutes, and your own result on your own writing is the one that matters:

1. Take two or three drafts you would really submit, at least a few hundred words each. Turnitin, for example, needs at least 300 words of prose before it produces an AI score (Turnitin FAQ).
2. Humanize each one once, with the settings you would really use.
3. Read the output against your original. Check facts, figures and citations, and whether the meaning drifted.
4. Check the result in the detector you will actually face, not only the one built into the tool you're testing. Save screenshots.
5. Count the drafts that needed a second pass or manual fixing.

Treat any built-in detector as a pre-check, JustDone's or ours. Some recent Trustpilot reviewers say JustDone's detector flagged writing they wrote themselves. False positives are a known weakness of AI detectors in general: a Stanford-led study found seven detectors flagged more than half of 91 human-written TOEFL essays as AI (Liang et al., 2023).

The public pricing page we loaded in September 2026 listed the tools and the payment methods but not the plan prices, so we won't quote any. Prices, trial offers and billing periods can also differ by region and promotion. Before you pay, write down three numbers at checkout: the trial price, the renewal price, and the renewal date.

When you compare, remember what you're buying. JustDone is priced as a suite. If you'll use the research, citation and plagiarism tools, that bundle may be good value. What Real Users Are Saying

JustDone's Trustpilot page showed a TrustScore of 4.3 out of 5 from 9,386 reviews when we checked in September 2026. 70% of reviews were five-star and 13% one-star, and the company replies to negative reviews.

The one-star reviews are worth reading before you buy. Recent ones describe unexpected charges, trouble accessing paid features after paying, and the detector flagging self-written text. The positive reviews we read praise the writing help, such as grammar correction and keeping the writer's voice.

So the fair summary is mixed: most reviewers are satisfied, and a minority report problems, billing among them. Read the terms before you start a trial, and you avoid the most common complaint.

There's a broader lesson here about all-in-one AI platforms. A suite is convenient: one login, one bill, one place for your citations and your grammar checks. A specialist tool puts its effort into fewer things. Neither is automatically better.

Ask yourself which tools you'll open every week. If the honest answer is "just the humanizer", a dedicated tool is probably cheaper. If it's the research, citation and plagiarism tools too, JustDone's bundle makes more sense. Either way, remember that no humanizer can guarantee a detector result, and check your own draft before you submit it.

Should You Use JustDone AI?

If you want a general AI study-and-writing platform and you'll use several of its tools, JustDone could work for you. Its public rating is good, and its tool list is broad. Go in with eyes open about the trial: note the renewal price and cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you don't want to continue.
