All purchases made through SupWriter are non-refundable. Resources are allocated immediately upon purchase, and we cannot reverse this allocation.
Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All user data is stored securely using encrypted databases and secure cloud infrastructure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security as no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We do not guarantee that SupWriter will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

By using SupWriter, you consent to receive marketing communications from us unless you unsubscribe. Essential service emails related to your account cannot be unsubscribed from.
